Osteopathic manual treatment is a therapeutic approach used to diagnose, treat, and prevent a wide range of health conditions. It is based on the principles that the body has an inherent ability to heal itself and that optimal health depends on the harmonious functioning of all its systems.

During an osteopathic manual treatment session, I will use my hands to assess and manipulate your body's structure, including the muscles, joints, bones, and soft tissues.

The goal of osteopathic manual treatment is to restore balance, improve mobility, and alleviate pain or dysfunction in the body through gentle, precise movements, stretches, and pressure. I consider the interconnectedness of various body systems and aim to address the root cause of the issue rather than merely treating the symptoms.

VibraGenix’s Vibrational Cell Rejuvenation Therapy harnesses sound vibrations—not mechanical force—to rejuvenate cells, boost circulation, and reduce pain and inflammation. By tuning into the body’s natural frequencies, this gentle, non-invasive therapy promotes cellular health, enhances detoxification, and supports emotional balance, offering a holistic approach to wellness and recovery.

Imagine if your body could go to a spa where, instead of cucumbers on your eyes and whale sounds in the background, it gets a full-body concert of healing vibrations. That’s basically what the VibraGenix machine does—minus the cucumbers (unless you bring your own).

What Is VibraGenix?
VibraGenix is a wellness device that combines sound frequencies and vibrational therapy to help your body do what it already wants to do: heal, recover, and feel awesome. Think of it as a high-tech massage device that speaks fluent “cellular rejuvenation.”

How It Works (Without Making Your Brain Hurt)
1. Vibrations That Talk to Your Cells
Your body is made up of trillions of cells, and those cells love to move. VibraGenix uses whole-body vibration (WBV) to gently shake things up—literally. When you stand or sit on the platform, it sends low-frequency vibrations through your body. These vibrations:

Stimulate muscle contractions (like a mini workout without the sweat)
Boost circulation (hello, oxygen and nutrients!)
Help flush out toxins (bye-bye, sluggish lymphatic system)
It’s like giving your cells a pep talk with a bass line.

2. Sound Frequencies: The Invisible Cheerleaders
Now here’s where it gets cool. VibraGenix doesn’t just vibrate—it also plays specific sound frequencies that are believed to resonate with different parts of your body. This is based on the idea that everything (yes, even your spleen) has a natural frequency.

By playing the right tones, VibraGenix aims to:

Calm your nervous system (goodbye, stress)
Support cellular repair (hello, healing)
Balance energy (because who doesn’t want to feel like a Jedi?)
It’s like tuning your body like a guitar—except you’re the rockstar.

But Does It Actually Work?
While more research is always welcome, many users report benefits like:

Reduced pain and inflammation
Better sleep
Faster recovery after workouts
Feeling like a human again after sitting at a desk for 8 hours
It’s not magic—it’s physics, baby.

Final Thoughts: Is This Sci-Fi or Self-Care?
VibraGenix might sound like something from a futuristic spa on Mars, but it’s grounded in real science. By combining acoustical vibrations with targeted sound frequencies it gives your body a gentle nudge toward balance and healing.

Mike completed his Masters of Osteopathic Manipulative Sciences (M.OMSc) at the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy, one of the world’s most prestigious Osteopathic institutions, and one of the only schools that continues in the teachings of Dr. Andrew Still, the founder of Osteopathy.

With nearly a half a decade of intensive academic learning and years of hands-on experience, Mike is trained to help facilitate your body’s natural healing with an extensive educational background in biomechanics, mechanical principles, functional anatomy and human physiology.

Mike uses the principals of Osteopathic assessment to figure out where the issue is stemming from, then focuses on the interrelationship between the structure and function of the body to facilitate change.

Mike was first introduced to Osteopathy in 2012 when his infant son was losing weight. At 14 months old, he had never taken more than two bites of pureed food in one sitting before crying and refusing more. He was nearly exclusively nursed as Mike and his wife searched fruitlessly for answers through both conventional and natural routes.

When Mike’s wife heard about Osteopathy, she gave it a try out of desperation, not knowing anything about it. That appointment proved to be life-changing for all of them; the Osteopath assessed him within 30 seconds of observing him, gave him a treatment, and sent them home.

For the rest of the day, Mike’s son was miserable – clingy, crying, and letting out a few adult-sized belches. Yet, that night – for the first time ever – he slept through the entire night.

That morning, he woke up, sat at the breakfast table, and out-ate his three-year-old sister. This was a complete and shocking turnaround from the child who could barely handle more than a bite of pureed vegetables per day.

Over the next few years, Mike’s family utilized Osteopathy as their first line of defense for various issues and ailments, and when Mike sought to change his career from HVAC installation and repair that he was trained in, he knew that he wanted to help people. He also knew that Osteopathy was the way he wanted to do that. He joined the CAO and has never looked back.

Mike’s background in the trades gives him a unique perspective into the body, as well as helps him put people at ease with his down-to-earth approach and simple explanations. Mike is passionate about giving his clients personalized care in a gentle yet efficient manner and loves hearing client feedback on how Osteopathy has improved their lives.
